From personality tests to neuroscience research, humans have been working to understand the ways in which we differ. Examining our tendencies toward extroversion or introversion can help explain differences in the way we communicate, obtain our energy, respond to stimulus, etc. We will have a fun discussion about how these differences show up at work and how to be more inclusive of styles that differ from our own.
