Developing the ability to approach these interactions with curiosity\, humility\, and openness is an essential part of providing respectful\, person-centered care and fosterin g meaningful workplace relationships.

This interactive session explores the concepts of cultural competence and cultural humility\, with a particular focus on thei r application in clinical practice. Participants will examine the strengths and limitations of cultural competence\, consider how cultural humility su pports lifelong learning and self-reflection\, and practice strategies for building stronger partnerships with patients\, learners\, colleagues\, and communities.

The concepts of cultural competence and cultural humility\, and how they differ
The role of self- awareness\, curiosity\, and reflection in culturally humble practice

Practical skil ls for applying cultural humility in everyday clinical and workplace intera ctions

How situational awareness and flexibility can strengthen communication\, tr ust\, and collaboration
