Applying Princip les of Inclusive Excellence

This advanced session builds on concepts and skills from previous trainings\, focusing on practical application to support belonging and inclusion in real-world scenarios. Participants will leave better prepared to take meaningful action in support of an inclusive environment.

Through interactive case study discussions\, participant s will:

• Practice using shared language to address inclusion and equ ity

• Identify and respond to bias in interpersonal interactions

< p>• Reframe statements and ask open-ended questions to foster inclusive dia logue.

How to attend the train ing: This is a virtual training\, conducted in Zoom.

Please leave the video on during the training if possible. You may be asked to tur n off video to increase Zoom data and bandwidth.
Please login to Zo om using your WUSM SSO credentials before joining. Joining from a space wit h multiple participants is discouraged due to the interactive nature of the training.
