 t conversations and support work toward equity and positive change. Buildin
 g on greater awareness of ourselves and the biases we carry\, participants 
 will explore how to lean into discomfort\, cultivate compassion\, and remai
 n connected to one another through challenging moments.</p><p dir="auto" da
 ta-start="1203" data-end="1263">Through guided reflection and discussion\, 
 participants will:</p><ul data-start="1265" data-end="1447"><li data-sectio
 n-id="wft8hi" data-start="1265" data-end="1352">Practice ways to stay prese
 nt and lean into discomfort during difficult conversations</li><li data-sec
 tion-id="l87z0g" data-start="1353" data-end="1447">Cultivate compassion and
  explore ways to move toward action\, connection\, and positive change</li>

 lp build the relationships and sense of connection needed to support healin
