Join us for an interactive workshop design ed for faculty and staff who lead a team and are committed to building incl usive\, high-performing workplaces. In this session\, participants will exp lore the Six C’s of Inclusive Leadership alongside key Emotional Intelligen ce skills to deepen their understanding of the behaviors that foster belong \, trust and inclusive team culture.
Through a combination of persona l reflection\, group discussion and case studies\, participants will have t he opportunity to apply concepts in real time and leave with practical next steps. The workshop is designed to be engaging and collaborative\, with lu nch and breaks provided to support learning!
We’ll begin the session with lunch at noon\, followed by an afternoon of interactive learning throu gh 4 p.m.
