 and actively practice reframing internal biases before applying reframing i
 n an interpersonal context as a means of upstanding\, promoting accountabil
 ity\, and building inclusive community.   Together\, we will also learn how
  to recognize patterns of bias and interrupt bias initiators and consider h
 ow we can repair relationships when bias has caused harm.</p><p><strong>Obj
