ze and interrupt these patterns is an important step toward creating enviro
nments where individuals feel respected\, included\, and able to contribute
  fully.</p><p data-start="466" data-end="826">This interactive session invi
tes participants to reflect on how bias can shape everyday interactions and
workplace culture. Together\, we will explore how common patterns of “algo
rithmic thinking” can reinforce bias\, how bias and power intersect in prof
essional environments\, and how individuals can pause\, reflect\, and respo
nd more intentionally in the moment.</p><p data-start="828" data-end="936">
Throughout the session\, we will explore several key themes related to bias
  and workplace culture\, including:</p><p data-start="938" data-end="1191">
 • how algorithmic thinking can contribute to individual bias<br data-start=
"998" data-end="1001" />• the impact of bias on inclusion and workplace cul
 ture<br data-start="1056" data-end="1059" />• the relationship between bias
  and power<br data-start="1100" data-end="1103" />• practical strategies th
at can help mitigate the harms of bias in everyday interactions</p><p data-
start="1193" data-end="1448">These tools are relevant to individuals across
campus regardless of role or rank. Future sessions will build on these ide
as by exploring strategies for upstanding behavior and cultivating positive
culture change within our individual spheres of influence.</p><p data-star
