We’ll consider how these assumpt ions shape our understanding of identity\, influence social norms\, and aff ect the ways we interact with one another.
Perspectives offers a space for informed discussion\, ref lection\, and relationship-building—all important to fostering a healthy an d inclusive workplace culture. Join us as we examine familiar definitions\, explore perspectives that extend beyond binary thinking\, and consider how greater understanding can help create a WashU Medicine community where peo ple of all identities feel valued and respected.
