Join us for a virtual mindfulness session that offers a moment to pause, reflect, and restore. Through guided practices led by Mindfulness Consultant Meg Krejci, in collaboration with Erin Stampp from the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, we’ll explore how mindfulness can support emotional balance and strengthen community in our work and learning environments.
