Pride has always been both a celebration and a protest—a recognition of how far we’ve come\, and a call to action for the work that remains. As barriers increasingly constr ain the care and well-being of LGBTQIA+ patients\, colleagues\, and learner s\, we must demonstrate our resolve. In alignment with our mission to advan ce health care through compassion\, access\, and evidence-based practice—es pecially for those who are underserved—we call on all allies to show up. Yo ur presence affirms WashU Medicine’s unwavering commitment to the dignity a nd health of every member of our community.
