Join us for a meaningful work field trip to the St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum. All WashU Medicine community members are welcome as we spend the morning learning, reflecting, and building empathy together.
During this guided experience, participants will:
-
Gain deeper knowledge of how history shapes our present by exploring powerful exhibits that illuminate the history of the Holocaust
-
Reflect on stories of resilience, resistance, and survival from a family member of a Holocaust survivor
- Deepen understanding of antisemitism, prejudice, and the importance of standing up to hatred today
This visit is an opportunity to honor Jewish American Heritage Month, build relationships with fellow WashU Medicine colleagues, and appreciate an extraordinary community resource in our region. Whether you are new to the museum or returning, this program offers learning that you can bring back to campus to support belonging and a positive culture. We will provide transportation to and from the museum and a boxed lunch.
