  Bias</b></p><p>Facilitators provide experiential activities that align wit
 h American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) materials to demonstrate 
 how unconscious bias is something that every individual holds.  This intera
 ctive training aims to highlight the concept of unconscious bias and how it
  influences individuals daily and provide tangible tools for it.</p><p>How 
 to Register: Registration can be completed by clicking on the <a href="http

 951.htmld">registration link</a>.</p><p>How to attend the training:  This i
 s an in-person training in FLTC Room 302. Please follow the recommended mas
 king/safety procedures.</p><p>What to do after training is completed:  Afte
 r the training has been completed and the Office of Diversity\, Equity & In
 clusion completes the update\, learners receive a system-generated Email fr
 om Washington University Learn@Work.  The Email contains a link<br />to the
  evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action mes
 sages of “in progress\, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is
  not associated with the training but the evaluation.</p><p>Individuals wit
 h disabilities are encouraged to attend all Washington University School of
