Facilitators provi de experiential activities that align with materials from the American Asso ciation of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconscious bias is s omething that every individual holds. The goals of this interactive traini ng is to highlight the concept of unconscious bias\, how it influences indi viduals daily\, and provides tangible tools for mitigating unconscious bias .

How to attend the training: This virtual training is conducted in Zoom.
What to d o after training is completed: After the training has been completed and t he Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion completes the update\, learners receive a system-generated Email from Washington University Learn@Work. T he Email contains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pending action or “i ncomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training but the ev aluation.
