Diversity & Inclusion 2.0 - Uncons cious Bias (This is a virtual training)
Facilitators provide experiential activities that align with materials from the American Associ ation of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconscious bias is som ething that every individual holds. The goals of this interactive training is to highlight the concept of unconscious bias\, how it influences indivi duals on a daily basis\, and provides tangible tools for mitigating unconsc ious bias.
How to Register: Registration must be co mpleted by logging into https://wust l.sabacloud.com/ and selecting HR - Diversity & Inclusion 2.0\, course number 00006221 and class ID number 000006533 5. Please be aware that some diversity training in 2022 is offered vir tual and onsite.
How to attend the training: This i s a virtual training\, conducted in Zoom. Please ignore any links from SAB A to join this training. The Zoom link will be sent to registered learners before the training date.
What to do after training is compl eted: After the training has been completed and the completion up date is made by the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion\, learners rec eive a system generated Email from Washington University Learn@Work. < /em>The Email contains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pe nding action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training\, but the evaluation.
