Unconscious Bias – Facilitators provide experiential activities that ali gn with materials from the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconscious bias is something that every individual hold s. The goals of this interactive training is to highlight the concept of u nconscious bias\, how it influences individuals on a daily basis\, and prov ides tangible tools for mitigating unconscious bias.

How to attend the training: This is an onsite training. Please remember to sign the log when entering the phys ical training location to be awarded credit for attending.
Wh at to do after training is completed: After the training has been completed and the completion update is made by the Office of Diversity\, E quity & Inclusion\, learners receive a system generated Email from Wash ington University Learn@Work. The Email contains a link to the evalua tion. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages o f “in progress\, pending action or “incomplete” in your P lan that is not associated with the training\, but the evaluation.
