Unconscious Bias – Facilitators provide experie ntial activities that align with materials from the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconscious bias is something t hat every individual holds. How to attend the trai ning: This is an onsite training. Please remember to sign the lo g when entering the physical training location to be awarded credit for att ending.
What to do after training is completed: Aft er the training has been completed and the completion update is made by the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion\, learners receive a system gener ated Email from Washington University Learn@Work. The Email conta ins a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pending action or “in complete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training\, but the evaluation.
