This training provides participants with respectful\, non-shami ng language to address bias and discrimination. By focusing on emotional re gulation and relationship-building\, the session aims to improve communicat ion and reduce harmful behaviors.
Through interactive media\, real-li fe scenarios\, and practical tools\, participants will:
• Define micr oaggressions and the role of upstanders
• Understand how microaggress ions affect individual belonging and workplace culture
• Recognize th e importance of speaking up in harmful situations
• Learn effective\, respectful strategies for addressing bias in real time.
