 in White Coats</a> initiative to increase the number of black men in the fi
 eld of medicine through exposure\, inspiration and mentoring.</p><p>The “Bl
 ack Men in White Coats” documentary dissects the systemic barriers preventi
 ng black men from becoming medical doctors and the consequences on society

 sity School of Medicine team members are invited to stream the film for fre
