Help plan and celebrate campus observances across WashU Medicine.
We’re gathering interested colleagues to serve on small planning committees for WashU Medicine campus celebrations (holidays, heritage months, and related observances).
Committees meet once a week for up to two months before each celebration to shape ideas and logistics. Many administrative tasks are handled by the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, so your time stays focused on creative input and practical planning. We do not expect committee duties and meetings to exceed 3 hours per week, and we’re flexible if you have time-commitment concerns.
