Applying Principles of Inclusive Excellence
This advanced session builds on concepts and skills from previous trainings, focusing on practical application to support belonging and inclusion in real-world scenarios. Participants will leave better prepared to take meaningful action in support of an inclusive environment.
Through interactive case study discussions, participants will:
• Practice using shared language to address inclusion and equity
• Identify and respond to bias in interpersonal interactions
• Reframe statements and ask open-ended questions to foster inclusive dialogue.
