Communi-Tea: Building & Strengthening Community with Restorative Practice

11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Join us for a Community Building Circle, a foundational restorative practice to foster community connection! Relationships are fundamental building blocks for a welcoming and supportive climate and culture. As our campus welcomes new trainees and students, it is an excellent opportunity to make intentional space and time for building relationships and strengthening our community.

The session will begin with a brief introduction to Restorative Practices in Academic Medicine followed by facilitated, low-stakes Community Building Circles. Restorative Practices in Academic Medicine is both a framework and a set of practices that help academic medical institutions center relationships and help community members navigate difficult issues. All WashU Medicine community members are encouraged to attend.

Please register HERE by August 15.
