Empathy is a skill we can all develop, and it is essential to authentic allyship. Empathy supports healthy relationships and contributes to positive, inclusive working and learning environments. Join the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion during PRIDE Month for an experiential session designed to strengthen both empathy and allyship skills. Through an interactive exercise that explores the complexities of the coming out process, participants will deepen their understanding of LGBTQ+ experiences so they can be more informed, compassionate allies. Lunch will be provided.

To participate, please complete the form below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Yoko Kiyoi at yokokiyoi@wustl.edu
