Build your skills for recognizing bias and mitigating bias in the workplace through this interactive, hands-on skills practice offered in partnership with the Standardized Patient Center. Participants will engage in discussion, learn practical tools, and put their knowledge into practice through realistic, simulated workplace scenarios.
Participants may register for either session:
Session 1: 9:00–10:30 a.m.
Session 2: 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Light refreshments will be available during both sessions, and all participants are invited to join us for lunch at 12:30 p.m.
This workshop is open to all WashU Medicine faculty, staff, students, and trainees. Come ready to learn, practice, and build confidence in navigating workplace interactions with greater awareness.
