Healing Ourselves: Building Deeper Connections is a collaborative series offered by Meg Krejci, Mindfulness Consultant, and Erin Stampp from the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
In this three-part series, participants deepen their mindfulness practice to expand their capacity to remain present in challenging conversations and situations related to equity and justice. The sessions build on the awareness of personal bias and focus on cultivating compassion and resilience while engaging in meaningful dialogue.
Participants will explore practices that support:
• Leaning into discomfort
• Cultivating compassion
• Moving into action that supports connection, healing, and positive change
This foundational work helps build the community and relationships necessary for sustained culture and climate transformation.
All WashU students, staff, faculty, and trainees are welcome.
