Perspectives: Celebrating Pride by Deepening Awareness

11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

In recognition of LGBTQIA+ Pride Month, the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’s Perspectives Dialogue will focus on deepening awareness and understanding on how LGBTQIA+ identities have been viewed and treated historically, making connections to recent legislative efforts to harm the LGBTQIA+ community across the nation.

Perspectives seeks to provide space for participants to share experiences and build muscles for listening, understanding, empathy and dialogue across viewpoints. To create a space for more authentic sharing, we do not record Perspectives sessions. Typically, sessions include both small group and large group discussions.

RSVP is required. The event will be held on Zoom, however it will not be recorded.
