The Faculty Discussion Group on Mentorship and Training brings together research faculty to build community and strengthen their approaches to mentoring trainees. Through shared experiences and open dialogue with peers, participants will explore effective mentorship practices and common challenges. Guided facilitation will help faculty reflect, learn, and develop strategies to support strong, productive training environments. All are welcome to attend!
