Pride Month is an important time to honor the history, resilience, and contributions of LGBTQIA+ communities, and to reaffirm our commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging for all.
WashU will host a table at Pride St. Louis PrideFest 2026 on Saturday, June 27 through Sunday, June 28, and we invite volunteers to help staff the table throughout the weekend. Your presence sends a powerful message to the community: you belong here. WashU community members, families, and colleagues are all welcome to stop by and participate.
By being visibly present at Pride, we can:
• Show support for our LGBTQIA+ students, trainees, staff, faculty, alumni, and neighbors
• Share health-related information, resources, and programs
• Demonstrate that our campus is a welcoming and affirming place for everyone
Volunteers may assist with greeting attendees, sharing resources, supporting engagement activities, and distributing promotional materials.
Two-hour volunteer shifts are available between 11 AM and 7 PM. Participants are welcome to sign up for one or multiple shifts depending on availability.
If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the volunteer form by June 14, 2026.
