Join us for an interactive workshop designed for faculty and staff who lead a team and are committed to building inclusive, high-performing workplaces. In this session, participants will explore the Six C’s of Inclusive Leadership alongside key Emotional Intelligence skills to deepen their understanding of the behaviors that foster belong, trust and inclusive team culture.
Through a combination of personal reflection, group discussion and case studies, participants will have the opportunity to apply concepts in real time and leave with practical next steps. The workshop is designed to be engaging and collaborative, with lunch and breaks provided to support learning!
We’ll begin the session with lunch at noon, followed by an afternoon of interactive learning through 4 p.m.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to:
- Apply the Inclusive Excellence framework to guide their leadership and imbedded inclusion and belonging in team culture.
