Taking Care in Community – Gratitude for Resiliency

12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.
Mid Campus Center, Room 1404, 4590 Nash Way, St. Louis, Missouri 63110

As we approach the close of the year, we want to provide space to reconnect, find resilience, and honor our community’s diversity through shared values of gratitude and mindfulness.

We invite you to a special session centered on gratitude and mindfulness as powerful tools for building resilience. This gathering provides an opportunity to explore diverse gratitude practices that promote well-being, foster deeper community connection, and strengthen our collective resilience. As we reflect together on gratitude, we’ll also enjoy light refreshments in a comfortable, welcoming environment designed for connection and support. Please register here to join us.
