Perspectives offers a space for productive, informed discussion and relationship building, both key aspects of a healthy workplace culture. This session will focus on what DEI is, examples of its impact and what it is not. We will share tips and tools for understanding and engaging around these concepts and how individuals can contribute to the ongoing work for a WashU Medicine culture that supports everyone and strives for inclusive excellence.
