Diversity & Inclusion 2.0 – Unconscious Bias
Facilitators provide experiential activities that align with American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) materials to demonstrate how unconscious bias is something that every individual holds. This interactive training aims to highlight the concept of unconscious bias and how it influences individuals daily and provide tangible tools for it.

How to attend the training: This is an in-person training in FLTC Room 302. Please follow the recommended masking/safety procedures.
What to do after training is completed: After the training has been completed and the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion completes the update, learners receive a system-generated Email from Washington University Learn@Work. The Email contains a link
to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training but the evaluation.
